3DSplint Warranty
Our industry leading warranty embodies our philosophy of making top-quality appliances. We continuously dedicate our resources to developing products that work better and last longer.
At Orthocraft, where all 3DSplint products are made, we believe every splint should last at least a year. If one of our splints fails within the first year it is replaced at no additional cost.
The 12-month Extended Warranty begins on the invoice date for the appliance and expires 12 months thereafter. All appliances which are damaged from proper use within the 12 months of warranty will be replaced at no additional cost.

Submitting a Claim:
The same warranty, extended 12 months for an additional cost.
The 24-month Extended Warranty begins on the invoice date for the appliance and expires 12 months thereafter. All appliances which are damaged from proper use within the 24 months of warranty will be replaced at no additional cost.
Submitting a Claim: To submit a warranty claim, simply submit photos of where the splint failed to our team and once approved, we will send a brand new splint. No need to send the old appliance back, just send us the photos and we will send a brand new appliance.
