Who is 3DFileLab?
Apprenticing under my father, a master technician, I learned what was required to create the perfect splint... Minimize unnecessary bulk, create a functional occlusive surface, and provide consistent fitment/retention.
Our 3DFileLab methodology consistently allows us to design appliances that require virtually no adjustment. We utilized this methodology to begin digital production in our own lab and; subsequently have improved our technique through designing and printing thousands of appliances.
Our methodologies success fostered the vision of 3DFileLab - where every 3D printer has access to leading-edge dental designs.
